Delivery details for Surelux shoppers: where we ship, how long preparation takes, and how tracking works.

1. Delivery coverage

We primarily ship to addresses in the United States. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout when a shipping rate is offered for your address.

We do not ship to destinations that cannot be selected at checkout, or where no carrier rate is returned. Contact floral@pruettsmarket.com before ordering if you are unsure.

2. Fulfillment timeline

After payment clears, fulfillment usually starts and finishes within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once shipped, parcels usually arrive in 4-6 business days after the order ships for typical in-stock parcels to standard U.S. addresses. Estimates only — weather, carrier capacity, and product size can change timing.

Processing days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

3. Cost of shipping

U.S. destinations receive free standard shipping on qualifying storefront orders. International service (if offered) is priced at checkout.

Extra charges for heavy/oversized/freight items appear at checkout before you pay when applicable.

4. Shipping carriers

We ship via major parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). The carrier for your order appears on the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the package ships (allow up to 24 hours for carrier activation).

5. Delivery issues

If a rug shipment is missing, delayed, or arrives with torn packaging, Email floral@pruettsmarket.com within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and tracking. For damage, keep packaging and send photos.

You are responsible for a complete shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to correct an address before shipment.

6. Packaging & special cases

Rugs typically ship rolled or folded in protective wrap. Creases from packing usually relax after unrolling.

Allow time for creases to flatten after unrolling. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight that can fade colors.
